This 3 song mcd shows that there are other good bands in Washington besides most stuff that is on Dischord. The Trust Fall play a mixture of punk, emo and hardcore. A comparison to Thursday and Thrice can't be so wrong in my opinion and surprisingly I don't think they sound like whiney emo kiddos. Instead the mix of the different styles is their strength, including some kind of agitation, when there's some decent screaming in the background. Reminds me of better times of Anatomy of a Ghost. The first song is the weakest on the cd, but song 2 and 3 are, as I said, very good.
