THE ABOMINABLE IRON SLOTH - s/t () |
|
Maybe you remember the following words: "This road is unclear, but it feels like I'm almost home". They're from Will Haven's 2001 release "carpe diem" and it's the song "finest our" I also like the most. For a long time I haven't heard anything from Will Haven or their members, but now three of them and two other dudes are back with the Abominable Iron Sloth. When I hear this and I feel like I'm almost home. Slow metal, dropped down guitars, slow rhythms and one very strong voice is the road which the iron sloth follows. What the Iron Sloth leaves is total destruction and some human bones. This is what you find out when you read the booklet, which is a nicely drawn comic. The powerful production and good songs make this album a hell of a record.
