The 101 are back, after a long time of waiting. But acutally waiting is what fans of the ex-emo-heroes Christie Front Drive are used to. For all of you who still don't know, Eric Richter, the singer of The 101 was also the singer in Christie Front Drive, which was one of the best bands ever. Eric Richter has stayed true to himself. The pop-factor is still in his music, so is the charming melancholic voice. Only thing that changed is that the music has become faster. There are more up-tempo songs on this album than there ever have been on CFD or the first 101 record. So, is this a good record, you want to hear from me? Yes it is. It's beautiful, it's cool, it's nerdy, it's everything and I think it's awesome that there are people who still can make this kind of music.
