CULM - life in a steel cage is no life at all (miyagi records)
Culm have grown up since their last record. I remember this terrible first
song on their last one, that was fucking agitating and I really hated this stuff. But Culm turn out to be good songwriters with the ambition to learn and try something
new. The new record sounds better in all ways. The singing and especially the
guitars make a good sound, the songs are straighter, which helps the record
tons, but the songs are still quality good indie-record-songs. You'll find a little excitement here and there in the songs, maybe something new, but unfortunately nothing that blasts you away. It's a good record though.
