It was in 2003 when Cave In released their major debut on BMG, went on tour with Muse and were about to become the world's most famous rock band. Actually they failed and it didn't look like the guys would continue to drive the machine. Fortunately after almost three years Cave In are back and when you listen to their music there is one message in it: Fuck you, we don't care. With the Perfect Pitch Black Cave In wander through through the decades of their music, take what they like and mix it up all together in a song. The result is impressing. I don't want to praise this record too much, because the songs are just songs that they guys have written over the years, but they sound fresh and give you a glimpse of what may follow as a full record.
