I went to see Battles yesterday. Battles are people from Don Caballero and Helmet. Two of them actually looked like economics-students. Anywhoo... Battles were not so good as I thought they ought to. Technically they're a mighty killing-machine, but the songs were like jams and there were not many surprising parts, which is a pity, because I want to like Battles.
